Love is What Not
- a Poem

Love is what not, except for
what it takes not – fight life,
bring light to your tainted more
nights, with Hippogriff’s blessings and time.
Do not ask me for freedom
for I might forget to grant
your needs and invade your kingdom.
Forget not! Take what you want
without taking away my power to
love. Women lose in this game –
Men and condescension take upper view
and female love becomes a compulsion.
Let us love without any claim –
Striking off freedom will lead to convulsion.
