New Dawn
- a Poem

The sky looked down,
The earth did frown,
The wind laughed and blew from town to town,
Ailing beings and shattered souls,
Run from pillar to post chasing new goals.
Pillaged Nature
Sacrilegious Love
Battered Bonds
Mother Earth, no wonder did frown,
Life still would not bow down.
Each day’s sun does rise and shine
Pulling all forward in time,
The old day passes laden.
Each triumph or catastrophe becomes a memory,
Just like the little pearl left in the shell tells us a story.
As the old day takes the curtain call,
Right on cue a New Day strides in without a trip or fall!
Fresh and crisp the new day awaits to be loved and hugged
To be cleaned not smudged,
To be cherished not grudged.
