Nature’s Fury
- a Poem

He walked far and far away
Wandering through shrubs as it may
The hooting owls and screeching birds
Animals hastily fanning in herds
There he walks swiftly
To cross the forest quickly
Cans of milk hanging from his shoulders
His tiny hands turning colder
The heat overwhelmed him
As the fire swallowed the forest hymn
Crinkling sound of leaves
Left the kid alone in grieves
His legs moved faster to the bridge
Longing to cross the scary edge
But the flames gave him no chance
As he was swallowed in his stance
