One Batter to Amaze!!

The one who is always with me,
With whom I am forever on a cooking spree,
He who is loyal and makes my life better,
Is none other than the Idli batter!!!
The first day as steaming hot Idlis,
He is served with varieties of chutneys!
Then he goes as a Dosa, flat and round on a pan,
Helping me as much as he can,
He’ll still be there in the fridge for days,
Taking the form of an Uttappam to amaze!
Finally, on the day of his retreat,
As Appam he throws us a treat!!
