Zoom or Google Meet
- a Poem

It’s 8 o’clock
Fresh and Early
In the morning
And your net has gone
Dear son,
What are you gonna do later on?
This isn’t a class
Where you can beg, borrow or steal.
This is the internet
An online class
Where you gotta log in to
Zoom or Google Meet.
Teachers have to go to school
Even after you are done
You have logged out
But, that’s when they log in
Cause attendance is necessary,
Salary doesn’t come easy.
Get an upgrade
Of Data plans
Your WiFi band is slow
Get up early too,
Cause your voice is too low.
Classes are lengthy
& full of boredom.
Turn on your Cameras and your mics
This may not be a classroom
But you still got a life.

Excellent
I’m so happy to see a student seeing the teachers point of view too . The present teaching learning scenario is very aptly brought out . ‘Salary does not come easy’ n ‘you still got a life’ bring out the very realistic picture of life . Well expressed Jethro n keep writing .
Very touching poem. Keep brushing on your skills… Best wishes.
