Rain or Reality
- a Poem

It doesn’t rain like it used to
It used to pour
For hours long
Now it only drizzles
It doesn’t remind me of
How it felt enjoying childhood
It doesn’t bring back memories
It doesn’t rain like it used to
Like people, I guess
Rain also changed
It isn’t anymore
Like it used to
It became like the world, I guess
Modern and less attached to reality
Just for the social moment
And not for the family.
It used to build
It used to pour
It only builds, like promises people make
Likely so, falls for only sake.

This is so gorgeously penned. I loved the way you have expressed. Such eloquent penmanship.
