My Ronnie
I miss you every second,
Of every day.
Cause all that I have now,
Are memories of you & I.
I see you in my thoughts and dreams,
When I awake, how real it seems.
You aren’t here to comfort me,
But soon I hope you will be.
Long distance
4592 miles
200 days to walk
Who cares? If you love me
As I love you
We’re not apart
Despite the miles
We are together
At heart
Distance matters to minds
Hearts don’t care.
You are my stars & you are my moon,
Being with you will come very soon.
So when you sleep, take this to heart,
No one or nothing can keep us apart.

Wow!! God Bless!!
Interesting !…
Well done!
Jethro:
Missing some one is so well painted by you… more the pain, more precious the experience… of living. Enjoy your talent… it will always be with you.
Your crafting the experience of missing a person shows how much you love. For without love, can there be missing?
Well carved.
Honest lines, Jethro–Well done. Particularly struck by –
‘Distance matters to minds
Hearts don’t care’.
Jethro, you have a unique way of expressing. ‘Missing you’ feeling has been so beautifully worded.
Quite touched by your poem.
