- a Poem

Corona Virus is the talk of the day
Masks and soaps may keep it at bay
But still it’s made such a change in our lives
As each one to dodge it’s clutches, strives
It came when man was ruling the world
On many achievements, his flag he’d unfurled
He felt he was as strong as could be
Could think all things out & be perfect to see
Vanity became the middle name of all
Man felt his success was hard to stall
But then came COVID and his ego was burst
For some way out, he began to thirst
His wisdom, his valor were all in vain
He hurt to see his loved ones in pain
Realization dawned, all bright and clear
Invincible he wasn’t, he too felt fear
Fear enough to rethink his ways
And to slow down for sure, his competitive pace
